Corporate events in the summer are an excellent opportunity to show appreciation to your clients, employees, and partners. We've seen some really unique corporate events from rooftop yoga, summer camp style events, wellness retreats, drive-in movie themed outdoor events and more!

When it comes to the logistical part of gifting, we handle it all from design to delivery. This blog will share our step by step process on what it's like to work with us:
Step One: Consultation Call
The very first start of our process is a scheduled consultation call where we discuss your project specs, budget, and we ask questions surrounding gift details. This consultation typically takes place via Zoom however, we understand time zones and schedules may not always align so we we can also easily send you our custom gifting form to collect the necessary information and begin the process!
Step Two: Design Proposal
Based on the information gathered during our call, we design a fully custom proposal for your gifts. It includes our recommended gift designs, alternative options to plug and play, stationery and branding options, itemized pricing and more! It's very detailed and tailored specifically to your project needs. Turnaround is usually 1-2 weeks as we dive deep into your specifications, ensuring reasonable lead times within the event schedule, conduct product research and stay within the other project specifications. Our proposal editing phase includes 3 rounds of edits. Once approved, we send you over our agreement to sign and invoice to order your inventory!
Step Three: Production
Once a design is approved, we create a production calendar based on your event timeline. We handle all of the coordination here so you don't have to worry about due dates or deadlines. We will email you any mock ups for branded products and once they are ordered, we take care of the inventory delivery and quality control. Every product that arrives is inspected thoroughly. We handle all damages with the vendors directly and keep you in the loop every step of the way! When it's time for your gift assembly- that's when the magic happens in our studio! Like a well oiled machine, we create assembly lines and pack up everything nice and neatly, ready for their destination!
Step Four: Delivery
It's time for your gifts to be delivered! Whether we are delivering them to your event directly or shipping them to one or multiple destinations, we handle the logistics here for you as well and confirm when everything is dropped off and your time with us is officially complete.
