- Curated gift orders ship from our studio within 1–3 business days via USPS or UPS. Pre-filled Welcome Gifts takes 7-10 business days to fulfill depending on volume. All orders ship from Connecticut via USPS or UPS, with tracking provided. Local delivery available for select events, contact us to learn more.

How Will My Gift Be Packaged?
Your gift(s) will arrive just as beautifully as they appear online, packaged with care in the style you selected. Our gifts includes:
- Double-sided satin ribbon on all boxes and jute bags
- Protective crinkle fill in all boxes
- Your choice of gift tag, or none at all
- Handwritten notecard, personalized at checkout and sealed in an envelope (not available for welcome gifts)
You can also embellish with optional extras like a dried floral bundle, or a dog or cat toy for pet-friendly gifting.
Each gift box is carefully placed inside a shipping box, cushioned with protective materials and sealed with our signature branded packing tape, ensuring it arrives looking just as thoughtful as you intended.
