You’re curating a high-touch experience and our job is to match that energy. For summits, workshops, and retreats, we manage every detail from concept and sourcing to presentation and delivery. You approve the vision; we bring it to life.

We review your goals, timeline, and scope (guest count, sponsors, venue access, delivery window). A discovery call is available if preferred.

Booking
When you're ready to move forward, we’ll create a clear proposal and/or timeline including next steps. Note: for custom services, a $350 design retainer is required for a proposal. This allows us to create your personalized proposal and is fully applied to your order.

Detail Coordination
We fine-tune all details.

Approvals
Approve your design or kitting run-of-show and final quote. Once approved and the deposit is received, production/assembly begins.

Assembly, Delivery & Post-Event
We assemble gifts or kit swag, manage inventory, and deliver in person across NY, NJ, CT (or ship nationwide). After the event, you’ll receive an inventory recap and options for storage, returns, or donation of leftovers.
