These next few months are going to be full of Friendsgivings, Thanksgivings, Secret Santa's, White Elephants and bouncing around from place to place. Some events may be more formal than others, held in restaurants and may not even warrant a gift!
Not all occasions are gifting occasions BUT, as experts in gifting with intention, our rule of thumb is this: if you're invited as a guest into someone's home, it's best to not show up empty handed!
With that said, we know that drumming up ideas can be daunting and often a last-minute task with everything else you have going on.
Of course, a bottle of wine or alcohol is an easy option but always make sure your hosts do indeed drink alcohol! This list is for those who want to step it up a notch on the creative scale!
Options can be overwhelming, so we've curated a list of our favorite DIY ideas from our Amazon and similar gifts from our curated shop for you to choose based on your needs, budget and time frame.
All of our shop gifts do come with a handwritten note and packaging options! So if DIYing makes you cringe a bit, we have you covered! Some of our gifts also come with add-ons and product swaps so you can really personalize to your liking.

Easy and fun, we have some great recommendations in our Amazon Hostess Gift List for you to DIY something unique! Pro-tip: add a sprig of rosemary, lavender or greenery from outside to dress it up! Below is our curation, feel free to use it or create your own!
Don't want to DIY? Our Culinary Garden Gift includes a Joanna Gaines Cookbook, Herb Garden Seeds and Herb Pull & Pinch Dish! Gift comes perfectly packaged with a handwritten note!
Who doesn't love candles?! It's a very nice sentiment that won't go unused. Our Amazon List a few of our favorites!
Pro-tips: Choose brands that you know of as some are toxic and turn the vessel black. Also stick with more neutral scented candles like clean linen, sea salt and amber noir, to name a few. If you're unsure if your hosts like floral, citrus or sweet-smelling candles, I suggest avoiding them entirely.
Prefer an already packaged candle? These are a best seller for good reason. Just click the below, choose your scent, packaging and check out!
An open basket with soap, linen spray, towels and a cutting board (or any mix of these items that fit your budget!). Have fun with this one--mix and match, stay on theme or create a date night for your hosts! Build your Gift on Amazon Here!

Any opportunity to share some homemade goodness and TLC?? I'm in 100%
How often do you bring a dish to only forget that dish and never see it again? My advice is to keep a few extra platters on hand for this reason. Keep the design simple, white is always best, and your hosts will appreciate the gesture!
Check out some of our favorite platters here!
Another idea is a DIY charcuterie board with the boards we have in our Amazon list and Joyful Healthy Eats amazing blog to learn how to make an epic holiday board!
Pro-Tip: always keep in mind allergies so ask your hosts beforehand if anyone in their household suffers from food intolerances (ie non-dairy, nut allergies etc)
We hope this helps you get your gift giving wheels a spin and have fun with gifting this season!
