From Design to Delivery: Our Summer Gift Design Service for Corporate Events

Corporate events in the summer are an excellent opportunity to show appreciation to your clients, employees, and partners. We've seen some really unique corporate events from rooftop yoga, summer camp style events, wellness retreats, drive-in movie themed outdoor events and more!

To add even more fun and an additional level of appreciation to the mix, we recommend adding a gifting element for a personal touch and to enhance the overall experience. The type of event will ultimately depend on what kind of gift we recommend: welcome bag, consumable favor, swag box  or a fun hybrid gift!

When it comes to the logistical part of gifting, we handle it all from design to delivery. This blog will share our step by step process on what it's like to work with us:

Step One: Consultation Call

The very first start of our process is a scheduled consultation call where we discuss your project specs, budget, and we ask questions surrounding gift details. This consultation typically takes place via Zoom however, we understand time zones and schedules may not always align so we we can also easily send you our custom gifting form to collect the necessary information and begin the process!

Step Two: Design Proposal

Based on the information gathered during our call, we design a fully custom proposal for your gifts. It includes our recommended gift designs, alternative options to plug and play, stationery and branding options, itemized pricing and more! It's very detailed and tailored specifically to your project needs. Turnaround is usually 1-2 weeks as we dive deep into your specifications, ensuring reasonable lead times within the event schedule, conduct product research and stay within the other project specifications. Our proposal editing phase includes 3 rounds of edits. Once approved, we send you over our agreement to sign and invoice to order your inventory!

Step Three: Production 

Once a design is approved, we create a production calendar based on your event timeline. We handle all of the coordination here so you don't have to worry about due dates or deadlines. We will email you any mock ups for branded products and once they are ordered, we take care of the inventory delivery and quality control. Every product that arrives is inspected thoroughly. We handle all damages with the vendors directly and keep you in the loop every step of the way! When it's time for your gift assembly- that's when the magic happens in our studio! Like a well oiled machine, we create assembly lines and pack up everything nice and neatly, ready for their destination!

Step Four: Delivery

It's time for your gifts to be delivered! Whether we are delivering them to your event directly or shipping them to one or multiple destinations, we handle the logistics here for you as well and confirm when everything is dropped off and your time with us is officially complete.

        Stop DIYING Your Clients Welcome Gifts!

        DIY Gift Bags for Hotel Guests: Design + Order in 10 minutes!

        Calling all Event Planners! If you're planning an event this year and your clients request hotel welcome bags for their guests, we can take this often last minute and time consuming task off of your plate with literally a few clicks of a button!

        Gifting hotel guests is super popular down south (hello southern hospitality!) and our goal is to bring the thoughtful welcome gift game all over the US by making the process easy, time saving and fun!

        So often couples want to DIY welcome gifts thinking it's more affordable and easy- CUE instant regret when they realize these are done during the busiest part of wedding planning, in the week leading up to the big day. What happens next? You guessed it, or experienced it first hand, the Planner takes on the task.

        Even if this is a service you offer, I'm here to tell you that unless you really want to do them and being compensated properly for the time and products, you are better off hiring a gift service to take on this task so you and your team can focus on all other aspects of your business.         We launched this Welcome Gift Builder as a way to save you time, personal space, overwhelm and brain capacity LOL. In all seriousness, when hosting a major event this is something that shouldn't take up too much of your time as there are sooo many other details to worry about. To break down how easy this should be for you, we have added 6 simple steps below to walk you through our welcome gift builder process.

        Pointer: When filling out the Welcome Gift Builder, be sure that all contents that you choose have the same quantities throughout the whole process. You can also play around with budget as it calculates that for you on each screen as you build!

        Steps:

        1. Pick your packaging: Choices vary between box and bag options. Depending on the packaging you choose, you will be prompted to click your preferred ribbon/tag option.

        With Employee Appreciation Day coming up on March 3, an event may be on your schedule or gifting may even be on your list of to-dos! If you're overwhelmed and spinning your wheels on what to gift your team, then you're in the right spot!

        How Our Add-Your-Own-Logo Program Works for Event Planners

        As a full service gift company, we are always creating new ways to help our clients fulfill their gifting needs. Our service was made to be flexible, accommodating and create an elevated experience for our Wedding & Event Planner clients.
        A request we often encountered with Event Planners was to include their branding on gifts we already have curated in our shop! This is to accommodate Planners who like to switch up their gifts and give a more personalized experience based on their clients, Planners who focus on less than 12 events annually and those that like to gift throughout their client experience: onboarding, offboarding and client milestone celebrations like new homes and babies!
        We excited to now offer our Semi- Custom Gifting Program, which provides clients the flexibility to choose any gift from our shop in budget, add their branding and include a hand written note on branded stationery. The goal for us enabling this alternative to full custom gifting, is for our clients to seamlessly create a signature onboarding experience for their business that they can add to their already stellar service.
        Semi- custom isn't a large upfront investment, requires no gift minimums, and is truly such a great way to test the waters and introduce gifting as a part of your services.

        Below I have added a simple step by step on how easy it is to get started with semi-custom gift giving.
        1. Head to our Semi-Custom Page
        2. Read through how it works and the cost of the service
        3. If you would like to move forward, fill out the form
        4. You'll receive an invoice for payment and next steps
        5. We send your logos to a Stationery Designer for a mock up
        6. Once your design is approved, we order them up!
        7. You will receive a custom code to use during checkout so we know to use your stationery when you order your gifts!

        That's it! It is that easy! Once we process your gift orders you will automatically receive tracking information.
