From the moment you inquire to the final delivery of your gifts, our process is designed to be seamless, collaborative, and thoughtful every step of the way. Below is a snapshot of what it looks like when we work together, from initial inquiry and inspiration, to design, production, and delivery so you always know what to expect.

    Submit our Gifting Inquiry Form with key details like date, quantity, and event vision. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll follow up in 1-3 business days.

  • Let's Talk Details!

    We’ll review your inquiry and reach out to share our process, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident before booking. A discovery call is available if preferred.

  • Booking

    Based on the details discussed and the information we've shared, if you're ready to move forward with our services, we’ll outline the next steps tailored to your needs. For services requiring a custom proposal, a retainer is required to secure your project before we begin design and sourcing.

  • Detail Coordination

    This is where we fine-tune all the details, from stationery and logistics to final gift selections. If you’ve chosen our custom service, this is also when you’ll receive your personalized proposal.

  • Final Approval

    After revisions, we finalize your gift design. Once approved and paid, production begins.

  • Assembly & Delivery

    We handle inventory management, assembly, shipping, and coordination so you can enjoy a seamless, stress-free gifting experience.

What's the investment for custom gifting?

Our custom gifting projects begin at a $3,000 minimum, which includes our service fee for gift assembly.

Provided the overall minimum is met, we can flexibly support both modest budgets and elevated luxury gifting tiers.


For proposals that involve product sourcing, a non-refundable retainer is required before we begin development. This covers the time and expertise involved in creating your custom gifting concept.

Can we include branded elements?

Yes! We add your branding in many different ways like packaging, branded tags, ribbon, products and more.

When should we get started?

We recommend inquiring 5-6+ weeks before your event. Rush projects may be available depending on our calendar.
